Ordering via the website will be available soon.

EO Backup provides a UK-based cloud-hosted platform for securely storing your Salesforce data. In order to retrieve your data and store it within our cloud platform, we must use reputable and robust software to operate that backup process, and there is no better in the market than Veeam.

Veeam has a very generous free license for smaller businesses with fewer than 50-users. However, this is provided with ‘best efforts’ support without an SLA – support that is important should you experience a software-based issue with your backup, which is beyond our scope to rectify, without the support of the Veeam team.

For businesses with more than 50-users, Veeam will require you to purchase a software license (a once annual payment) in order for us to provision your backup service. If you are fortunate enough to already have Veeam licensing in use elsewhere within your business, subject to the scope of that license, we may be able to use that license key for your backup service with us.

As a Veeam Partner, we are able to sell licenses to you.

We are waiting in anticipation for Veeam to develop their Service Provider licensing model, which will likely permit us the ability to sell licenses on a monthly basis and include this within our service fees, however this has yet to go to market.
