Managed daily backup

We provide a daily backup of Microsoft 365 data. These backups are stored on our secure, self maintained network and servers within datacentres located in London City, UK, Edinburgh, South Gyle, UK, as well as Azure Datacenters in UK South, and UK West. We utilise distributed storage and compute over multiple servers in both Edinburgh and London – allowing us to provide greater reliability and performance.

Fast and easy restores for Microsoft 365

Backup archives are accessible with the Veeam Explorer tool which offers quick search and granular recovery of individual objects within one of your Microsoft 365 backups. The Veeam Explorer allows you to restore previous versions of items or even view items that are no longer in a live account; with the option to restore these deleted items if necessary. Only administrator users in an organisation can use the Veeam Explorers to browse and restore their own files.

The web-based EO Backup for Microsoft 365 Restore Portal can be used to browse and restore your organisation’s files. This can be used as an alternative to the Veeam Explorers that need to be set-up on a computer locally. Using the EO Backup for Microsoft 365 Restore Portal, you can only browse your backups based on the most recent backup point. Any user in an organisation can use the EO Backup for Microsoft 365 Restore Portal to browse and restore their own files.
